How to repair/replace driver's seat cushion 900 95

The seat cushion on the driver's seat in my 1995 940 wagon is as flat as a pancake and as hard as a rock. Any suggestions for how to repair or replace it are welcome. In the FAQ section I read about how someone replaced the foam in the seat - sounds complicated. Is it possible to buy a replacement cushion? I guess I'm looking for the solution that offers the least mechanical difficulty and the best price. Thanks.
