Steering wheel shakes. Warped rotors? 700 89

I have had this problem for a while now and cant take it anymore!!!!

I am pretty sure its the rotors in the front but what what makes me wonder if its something else is its only when I brake with lite to lite-medium presure. If not the rotors what eles could it be?
