There are many things that can go wrong with these...sometimes as simple as

settin the "timing" on the gear drive and/or lubing the tracks, experience professional help can often work out to be a bargain here. If it's a simple fix,

it can be a 30 min. job, tops. You just need to take it to a Volvo shop to seee what the problem is. Strandberg's in Centuria, WI will probably have the interior panel.
