HELP..SLEEVING B230FT "K" CYLINDERS!!! 740-760 1988

ICQ>

It looks like it's in for apenny, in for a pound. I have a real problem in my block, it's been test bored to +055"(on cylinder no. 1) and needs to go more than +.060". This seems to be the threshold of pain for this block. I can probably sleeve only no. 1 and three; and bore the whole mess to +.030" oversize. Cylinders no. 2 and 4 appear to be ok with a +.030' overbore only. This seems very odd to me. It would seem to say a lot about the quality of volvo blocks these days!! Does anyone have any experience/sources with/for cylinder liners; I need to know any pitfalls if possible.
