5-Speed Turbo Wagon

Hi, I'm looking to get a Wagon, and had a few quick questions. I'm wanting to get a turbo wagon with a 5-speed tranny, but most of the cars I've seen are all automatic. Are there many 5-speed turbo wagons out there? Also, what models and years are the best for such a beast? (Currently I'm thinking a mid '90s 740 or 940)
