Nope. Hold your hand under the cam sprocket so it doesn't fall on the floor.

If you pull the valve cover and yank #1 bearing cap, you can pluck the old seal with two fingers. One, maybe.

Torque spec on the cam (and I-shaft and tensioner) nuts/bolts is 37 lb-ft. Torque spec for the crank pulley center bolt is 44 lb-ft. plus 60-degrees of rotation. Impact wrench NOT recommended.
