Header pipe and cat conv 200 1985

Where is the best place to buy and best price for a header pipe and catalytic convertor for 85 240dl

I have an old, rattling, welded on, universal cat on their now and assume I need to replace the header pipe as the bolt on piece just in front of cat was cut off.
