Slight RPM loss and occasional stall... 700 1990

I have recently noticed a very slight (200 or 300 RPM) when running a consistent speed of about 45-50 on the roadways. Additionally, the car occasionally stalls at stops.

I have replaced most of the ignition parts and she does run quite a bit smoother. Additionally I have replaced the fuel pump relay.

With this in mind, I have a few suspicions, but would like some additional input. For the record this is a Regina type fuel and ignition system.
