Do I now need an oil change? 200 82

I change my oil every 3 months regardless of mileage. I use Quaker State 10-40 & the Mann filter. Last change was 7/1/01 at 138,672 miles. Next change is on 10/1/01. Normally the car is used for a lot of short trip neighborhood driving.

Recently me & my wife took a long road trip to Florida & back. When we left NYC the odo read 139,223. After the trip it reads 142,568. Since this was all highway mileage can I simply wait for the next interval or should I change the oil sooner ?
