Vacuum line replacement, 10 year maintenance 700 89

I replace the vaccuum line running from the turbo to the intake manifold. WOW, What a difference in start up performance! Question, on a 10 or 12 year old car is it a good idea to replace all vacuum lines as preventative maintenace, seems for $5 you can go through and change all lines.
