Wiring diagram in the Haynes manual 200 81

Hi :)

I'm rewiring my 81 volvo, and have only a Haynes maual to work with (I know, but I cant afford anything else) and on the wiring diagram there are part identifing numbers (#28 Flasher Device etc)that go up to at least 225, but the key code in the book only goes up to 120. How can I find out what the other numbered items are? Can someone email me a complete list or something? This is being hard enough without trying to do it with no data.
