Fuel pump relay woes 200 85

Hi everyone,

I have the B230 engine with the dual fuel pump relay and they are just not responding. I re soldered the PCB a year ago when one of the two failed and it worked perfectly until now. Seems to me there's no ground being sent by the ECU or something like that.

The car has 190k.

I would greatly appreciate any ideas.
