Brake Servo 140-160 69

I have a vaccum leak and although I maybe able to buy a kit,I'm not sure it's that simple. All is going pretty well but the servo seems to be a weak link. I've disconnected it so the vaccum system would be in leak free state.

I can't take the servo apart and so I'm in the dark.

Has anyone had any experence with this sort of thing?
