Please help confirm my electrical suspicion (stupid question) 200 1986

So I'm driving along... make a left turn and the turn signal indicator on my dash is blinking like 4 times faster than usual. Rear turn signal is now non-functioning and the front indicator has the same super-fast attitude as the dash light. Probably just a bulb right? I know it's a stupid question, but if I need a relay or something I'd like to get it all in one trip to the parts store. Thanks in advance!
