Transmission Fluid-to change or not to change 200 89

Currently, I've 125K on the baby, and the tranny fluid is only slightly off-color. PO's books do not report any changing, but my memory might be off. Seems to me if you're going to flush the fluid and change it, you oughta' change the filter too.

ANy thoughts? Is changing or cleaning the transmission filter a big deal?
