Front wheels vibrate left to right at 45-50 mph. It goes away at faster speeds (maybe the vibration is simply so fast that it smooths out with speed) or slower speeds. It is clearly felt in the steering wheel with 1/2 inch movement left-to-right and in the brakes if light pressure is applied while the vibration is occurring. I've replaced the contol rod bushings and it didn't solve the problem. It did make the front end tighter and the vibration is now more prominent in the steering wheel and chassis as a result. This problem has existed for several years and was not improved with new tires, balancing, or alignment. I've tightened every bolt I can find. Could it be in the rear?
