Changing master cylinder 900 1993

Can someone give me a detailed procedure in replacing master cylinder on my 1993 940 Turbowagon? The brake pedal has been very “low”, it stops well, it’s just low. So far I’ve replaced the RF & LR calipers. The others seem to be functioning ok. The car has 155k miles on her and a joy to drive. Thanks!
