Well, I was having some financial restraints last fall and was forced to sell my '89 740T. I was also leasing a new ford truck at the time, and due to added expense from it, (and the 'handcuffed to the steering wheel' contract), I sold the 740 to my inlaws.

And now the truck is finally done it's lease and I've got the brick back. Feels great already, even though I haven't driven it yet due to it's extensive mechanical work required.

It was in rough shape when I sold it (again due to funds), but it's being revived as we speak. New transmission (used, but new to me), new clutch, new brake rotors, pads, shoes all around, new water pump, motor mount, tailight circuit board, coil springs, etc.

I'm definitely happy to have it back. Now I just need to save some more bucks for some rims, anti-sway bars, and a couple other luxuries.
