water leak, base of windshield 700 1986

On further inspection: the water entering my heater blower comes from the base of the windshield, NOT from the fresh air vent. The shop that installed a W/S a year ago will take a look next week. If they say it's not their fault, I need to pull the cowl (thanks, Brent) to check things further.

I see bolts where the cowl meets the rear of the fenders. The W/S trim obviously will need to come off. Any tricks to avoid breaking clips, etc.? Will there be bolts along the rear edge of the cowl to make it apparent how it's removed?
