New belts = oil leak 200 92

I just took my 240 in for an oil change and new belts. The also told me that when they usually change a timing belt, they like to change 2 oil seals since the cover is off. After I got home, I looked at the engine and noticed a residue/oil on the belts. I called the dealership and asked them if that was a problem; they said it wouldn't be. Since then, I have noticed that oil is leaking through one of the bolts on the timing belt cover as well as in a a gap in between the timing belt cover on the right and the engine. Did the mechanic put the cover on wrong or replace seals that didn't need replacing?

I need some information please. I haven't had time to go back to the dealership (got a new job) and ask them about it, but I wanted the advice of other owners on this.

Thanks in advance.

Seth
