Help...Frozen Nuts on fuel filter 200 85

Hello Bricksters,

I have just about destroyed my current fuel filter in an attempt to remove it. On the turbo there is little room to get to the right side bolt etc...Anyway, neither bolt will budge. Using WD-40 and no, I don't have access to PB-Blaster. Any other ideas, or should I just cut the hoses and remove it (almost to that point). Have tried long handled wrenches for extra torque without success.

Thanx in advance for the help!
