Heater & AC Problems ALL 1991

I have a 1991 740 turbo and when I first turn the tempreture to hot and the fan up my heater makes a very loud squeel until i turn it off. I then have to wait a minute and then turn it back on to get it to work.

Also I rarely use my air conditioning and will use it much less now that its becoming winter but when i have it on for an hour or more the inside of my qlove box gets wet and if i turn a sharp left water falls out from under the dash onto my floor. I don't know what to do about it.

If anyone could help me with any of these problems please let me know. Thanks.
