dyi clutch and what to look for? 200 82

I need to replace a clutch in this 82 DL with B21 F engine and M46+OD. I noticed some clutches for sale on ebay for around 120$. I'm wondering what a complete kit should include, where I might shop for it, and how difficult this is to do in a basic garage, basic skills and tools, and a helper.
