240 Turbo wagon for 300!!! 200 91

Hi, I have the oppurtunity to get an 84 240 Turbo wagon for 300 bucks, The body is in good shape, there are no dents, and there is rust in 3 or 4 spots, there is no major rust like the rocker panels, the wheel wells, and the back of the wagon under the tailgate. The car has 170K on it and it runs. This car has been sitting out in front of a repair shop for 4 months now, I finally asked him if he wanted to sell it, He said he would sell it and that it needs a wiring harness and battery. The interior is in good shape except for a faded dash and faded carpet.

Is the wiring harness a huge PITA to change? I've heard posts where people said they kept putting it off and when they finally did it they said it was wicked easy. I think he also said it needed a spark computer???? what is that and how much can I get one for??

This car looks like it will be a blast to work on.
