Car increased rolling on cornering,and subject to crosswind:difficult to keep straight in crosswind.

Thinking of the newly available Bilsteins,are they good,better than 11 yr old stocks?Ebay:KYB a pairs struts for $30+16 freight?Worth it?cos of the labour cost may be more than the parts cost.
