Wagon springs/sways - same on Turbo and N/A? 200 1983

A friend of a friend is buying an 82 Turbo wagon to yank the transmission out of for his 84 Turbo coupe. Should be a wealth of leftover parts for my 83 wagon. Question is this -- are the springs and sway bars the same on the Turbo wagons and the N/A wagons?
