CODE 214 200 1990

Just replaced exhaust system, front engine pipe back(including front engine pipe). Had to heat the O2 sensor to get it out of the cat. conv.. All seemed fine but check engine light came on and shows code 214(engine speed sensor?). What is this code and how do I correct it?
