Would a turbonetics T3/T04E turbo fit and/or be an improvement? 700 1991

I've got the mitsu turbo that is venting a little more oil than normal, and I'm also possibly having CBV problems. This is making me consider an upgrade. Will the turbo mentioned in the subject line be an improvement over what I've got now in my '91 780? The A/Rs are .58 turbine, .70 compressor housing. In looking at the pictures (it's on eBay... don't outbid me if I try for it, now that I've told you!!!), the only problem I can forsee is where the exhaust bolts up... it's got a four bolt flange and I've currently got the stock 3-bolt. Thanks!
