Losing coolant / wet in pass. footwell 900 91

I am loosing coolant...Don't know where its going...

I have been noticing a little drop in the level for some months, but all of a sudden I have to filll the overflow tank DAILY!

The car 945SE has 225k miles...does NOT run hot

Now the weird thing is that I noticed the carpet is quite wet on the passenger side. Don't understand where the wetness could be coming from since the heater core is all on the driver's side???

We put in a new heater core a few months back because the windows would fog up whenever we turned on the heat...Now there is no more fogging, but this strange leakage...and I still catch a faint whiff of coolant smell occasionally when I turn on the heat or defrost.

I have not been running the A/C lately cuz it has been cool to cold weather, so I don;t think it could be the A/C dripping condensation.

Any ideas?
