How long can an auto tranny turbo car sit before rotting? 200 1984

The car has been in a lot for two years. Before that it was well maintained, then junked because of bad paint and fuel pumps. It's been sitting with all fluids full the whole time. Will there be leaks? Anything rotted? Other advice? Thanks for the help.
