Coolant Flush and Change 200 89DL

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out how to flush and change the coolant in my 89 240. I seemed to have misplaced my Bentley Bible :(

and i don't really know how to do it. I fear this might be too involved of a question to be answered in a message board, but any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
