turbo in an 1800? 1800

hey everybody, i as reading a new issue of grassroots motorsports and they had a feature about volvos, i like the wat the 1800 looks and have seen John Parkers web site, but i won't really look for one unless the performance is what i'm looking for. What kind of performance do the 1800's have in stock form, also how much do they weigh and so on, my idea was a newer OHC B20 engine EFI, intercooled, and increase the boost. what kind of performance would things like that give me, there is a dragstrip about 3miles from my house and ran my Datsun 280zx down there(its for sale now) and it only ran 17.1 in the 1/4 mile i want to go atleast low 14's i could do this with the datsun(turbo) but i think the volvo would be cooler and it is something different. i have a chevy nova that runs low 13's right now but it is FAR from street legal.
