drive belts 200 89

My alternator-waterpump and power steering belts are shiny on the sides and squeek when I start my car in the morning...

Do you have the belt numbers or sizes(I need mine to go to the parts shop and there is nothing written on them)?

The belt accessories has a visible adjusting (10mm) bolt on them but unscrewing it doesn't make anything,,, Is there a lock bolt that I didn't see?
