Waterpump woes and a brush off from Santa 200 1986

Real quick, I need to replace the water pump on my 240 auto sedan. It seems to be leaking at the shaft by the pully. Since Santa didn't deliver the Bentley manual as expected, I'll be flying solo on this one. Just wondering how hard it is, any special tools needed, any tips or comments. Feel free to get as detailed as you wish.
