HP gains on NA motors (non turbo) 200

Hi all.
OK i have a 242GT 1979 Aussie model. B23E 140HP
I'm wanting to get better HP out of it.
It is a Std GT head (not 160 or 503)"H" Grind Cam, CI Injection. Free flow exhaust. Mod Airbox.
So without lightening the Bottom end or drastic blueprinting. What ways can i get extra HP.
Will a later LH intake manifold gain HP??
I know that Port matching and Flowing will help head so thats on the agenda.
Is there a Better Grind for the Cam?? I've tryed "K" "VX" and "VX3" but "H" still pulls better HP.
I know that all you Turbo guys are working it out but, i'm not putting a snail on it.
HELP NEED HP. I might just have to stick to my 164 Rally car.
