Help! Electrical Problem! 200 1989

First all of the instruments in my cluster went dead (the clock and volt kept working). Then the whole car died after I had stopped at Blockbuster. The volt gauge normally reads about 14, but now it's down to 11. I did notice some deposits on the battery terminals, so I'll clean those, but any other ideas?
