Help! Electrical Problem! 200 1989

Hmm...

1) yes, I tried to start it after blockbuster (no click, no nuthin'); i turned on the hazard lights, but even they wouldn't work, then i popped the hood looking for anything obvious (i've had the wire from the coil pop off before) and i tightened the knob on the negative battery terminal (i have one of those easy off knobs) and then the hazard lights came on. i jumped back in and drove it home. the cluster still isn't working though....

2) nothing left on when i went into blockbuster, except the girlfriend (she's ALWAYS on -- but with a guy like me, who could blame her?)

3) normally the car runs at 14 volts and then all of a sudden, yesterday evening it went down to 11 and the whole cluster stopped working (except the small clock and voltmeter, like i said before)

I'll check the wiring tonight when I get home...
