Clunk over any bump! 200 1984

I have a 1984 245 4sp o/d and it has developed a clunk when it goes over small bumps in the road. It is coming from the rear of the wagon and does not seem to effect the handling. I was guessing the track bar bushings...New shocks and all the bolts are tight.
