Low Fuel Gauge Warning Light and Temp backlit display 900

I have 1994 940 Wagon. Two questions:

1. The low fuel warning light does not come on. Is this easy to get to and fix? probably just a burn out light? Maybe more?

2. I have the winter package and it has the external temp gauge. The light does come on under a certain temp. However, at night it is not backlit. Is it suppose to be, I assume so, is this hard to get to also? Probably just a bulb too? Maybe more?
