Back end sags when loaded 200

I have an 85 wagon that we use to tow a camper and when hooked and loaded the rear end sags a lot. I put IPD overload springs on but it still rides too low. I know air shocks can be put on but as far as I know they well give no suspension at all. I wondered if anyone makes a very very stiff spring or something that would work the same. I would appreciate any sugestions.
