Rear defrost not working. How can I fix it? 200

The rear window defrost on my 1984 240 Turbo sedan doesn't work. It hasn't worked for as long as I've owned the car. How can I fix it? Is it an easy job? I looked in my Bentley and I couldn't find anything on Rear Demist or Rear Defrost.
