Do I need a super stud? 140-160 1970

I've noticed that 90% of B30s out there that I've
looked at have at least one broken manifold stud.
My car has 2 broken ones and a couple that keep
working the nut loose. I can kind of understand
why -- with the carb manifold you need to use the
force in order to turn some of those, and it is
probably hard to use a torque wrench on them.

While I replace the head (got a spare FI head
with new valves) should I pull all the studs out
and put in some crazy super strong studs from
ARP or something similar? I don't want to deal with
broken studs ever again. I'm planning on pulling
the head, installing new lifters/pushrods/cam, and
then sealing the motor up for good...

How are you suppose to check the torque on these?
And what is that torque suppose to be (and would it
be different with super-strong studs and bolts?)
