What all do I need to replace when replacing my fuel filter ? 200

I'm getting a little bit of slugish performance from my 81' 240GL and so I will replace my fuel filter, however I need to know all what else I need to buy other than just a fuel filter ? Also, please list tools and their sizes that will be needed, thanks
