master cylinder problems ? 200 1985

Hello Bricksters,
I am having leakage from the rubber 0-rings that mate the brake fluid resevoir to the master cylinder. Can these be replaced, or is this where the master cylinder leaks when blown. Braking is adequate, but pedal fades after hard braking. Any tips on replacing the master??
