alloy wheels for a 240 200 1985

Anyone know if alloy wheels from a 740 will fit on an '85 245? The tire size is the same but does the bolt pattern match up?

My rusty ole' steel wheels have an intermittent leak - bad seal. Even with new tires. Stems are fine. Alloy wheels would also spiff up the appearance of the car.
