idle doesn't increase when A/C turned on 200 1993

I just noticed that the Bently manual states that the idle for my 93 245 (2.4 jetronic) is supposed to be 775, but jumps to 900 when the A/C is on. I performed the level 2 diagnostics and got back all the codes I was supposed to. I also probed the jetronic harness connecter ( terminals 14 and 15). The resistances were a bit high, but not much. The A/C works fine and cycles when it should. Any ideas why the idle doesn't increase?
