hi guys

I can not unlock my driver side door from out side instead i have to open passenger door and pull up the knob( on driver door) to open all doors. i was sucessful in opening the door pannel hut can not get through the plastic cover that covers the locking mechanism. does any body know how to take that cover off and what to do next?
