Deformed Rubber (around windows) 200 1993

Just REALLY inspected the 93 245 I bought last Sept. The rubber surround in the door frames thathas the groove and seals the top of the windows is deformed and the glass runs up,stoping when the rubber is deformed,,in other works, the glass does not stay in the groove until it hits the top of its travel.
Should I try rebending these back(if so, HOW??) or just get "new" ones from the boneyard?
any advice is helpful.
