Wow, long time, no post. It's like walking into the "Cheers" bar after you've been away for a while, and Sam's renovated the place. Well, out with the old, in with the revised...
My "low windshield washer fluid" light on the dash stays on constantly on my 89 740 GL. Naturally, there's plenty of fluid in the resevoir. I've done only minor fiddling (banging on reservoir, cleaning terminals), and the bulb has remained lit. All fuses are good.
1.) If I'm armed with a voltmeter and (ahem) average intelligence, can someone tell me how to figure out if/where the circuit is broken?
2.) If the sensor needs to be replaced, which would fit Murphy's Law nicely, do I have to take the entire damn airbox out to get it, or is there an easier way?
Thanks in advance for any input.
