Looking for advice on where to buy reman ATE rear Calipers 200 1991

Found out today my inside ATE caliper pistons are seized on both rear wheels when trying to install new pads. By doing a board search, I found that this is a common problem. Can someone please suggest a good source to buy reman calipers? Should I also replace the brake lines at this opportunity? I think they are orginal. Rotor is within spec thickness so I should be OK there.
